1. Company Information and General Provisions
1.1 Company Details. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the Unabyss platform and all related services provided by OneType P.S.A, with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Fabryczna 4A/11, 00-446 Warszawa, Poland), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0001224271; NIP: 7011299839; share capital: PLN 200,000 (hereinafter referred to as "Unabyss", "we", "us", or "our"). 1.2 Scope. These Terms govern all access to and use of the Service, including the web applications at unabyss.com, app.unabyss.com, and ask.unabyss.com, as well as any APIs, integrations, and related digital services operated by Unabyss. They apply to all categories of users, including registered Account holders, Chatbot Owners, and Public Users who interact with chatbots without an Account.
1.3 Legal Nature. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Unabyss and the User. For registered users, the agreement is entered into upon Account creation. For Public Users, the agreement is entered into upon first interaction with any chatbot hosted on the Platform. They apply to all features provided through the domains unabyss.com, app.unabyss.com, ask.unabyss.com, and any related subdomains.
1.4 Business Use. The Service is intended primarily for business and professional users, including entrepreneurs, freelancers, and companies. Consumers may also use the Service, but certain consumer law protections (such as the right of withdrawal) may not apply to business use.
1.5 Contact and Language. All communication with Unabyss should be conducted in English or Polish. The governing language of these Terms is English. Translations may be provided for convenience only.
2. Definitions
2.1 Service. The online platform operated under the domains unabyss.com, app.unabyss.com, and ask.unabyss.com, including all functionalities, web applications, APIs, integrations, and related digital services provided by Unabyss.
2.2 User. Any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses the Service in any capacity, including registered Account holders and Public Users.
2.3 Account. A personal or business profile created by the User to access and use authenticated features of the Service, established through registration or via third-party authentication (for example, Google OAuth).
2.4 Chatbot Owner ("CO"). A registered User who creates, configures, and deploys one or more Chatbots through the Service. The Chatbot Owner is responsible for the Chatbot's configuration, the Context Data it uses, and the interactions it has with Public Users.
2.5 Public User ("PU"). Any individual who interacts with a Chatbot hosted on ask.unabyss.com, whether anonymously or as a registered User. Public Users may be unauthenticated (identified by an anonymous session identifier) or authenticated (logged in with an Account).
2.6 Chatbot. An AI-powered conversational agent created by a Chatbot Owner, deployed at a public URL (ask.unabyss.com/
2.7 Context Data. All materials, data, documents, structured files, or other content submitted, uploaded, imported, or generated by the User within the Service, including context files, social media imports, and research pipeline outputs.
2.8 AI Output. Any text, analysis, classification, summary, conversation response, or other content generated by the Service's artificial intelligence systems based on Context Data, User instructions, or Public User messages.
2.9 Content. Collectively refers to Context Data, AI Output, and any other materials generated, uploaded, or transmitted through the Service.
2.10 Research Pipeline. The automated research and data collection feature that gathers publicly available information from third-party sources (such as LinkedIn profiles, company websites, and social media posts) and processes it using AI to generate structured context files and briefs.
2.11 MCP (Model Context Protocol). The protocol through which Unabyss distributes Context Data to third-party AI tools and services at the User's direction.
2.12 Credits. The internal currency used within the Service to pay for AI-powered features, including chatbot interactions, research pipeline operations, and context chat sessions. Credits are denominated in US dollars.
2.13 Pre-Authorization. A temporary hold placed on a User's payment method for a specified amount, from which usage costs are deducted in real time, with only the actual amount spent being captured.
2.14 Self-Funding. A mechanism by which a Public User elects to pay for their own chatbot interactions using their own Credits, rather than consuming the Chatbot Owner's Credits.
2.15 Subscription. A paid plan that grants the User access to certain features or usage limits within the Service for a defined period, subject to payment of applicable fees.
2.16 Inbox. The AI-curated feed of noteworthy chatbot conversations surfaced to the Chatbot Owner for review and follow-up.
2.17 Agreement. The contractual relationship between the User and Unabyss established upon acceptance of these Terms.
2.18 Privacy Policy. The separate document available on the Unabyss website, which describes how personal data is collected, processed, and protected.
2.19 Platform. The digital infrastructure, including web interfaces, APIs, and software components, through which Unabyss provides the Service.
3. Account Creation and Eligibility
3.1 Registration. To access authenticated features of the Service, including context management, chatbot creation, and inbox functionality, the User must create an Account by providing accurate and complete information as requested during the registration process. Accounts may be created via email and password or through Google OAuth.
3.2 Public User Access. Public Users may interact with Chatbots hosted on ask.unabyss.com without creating an Account, subject to the daily message limits set by the Chatbot Owner. Certain features, such as continued conversation beyond free message limits and self-funding, require Account creation.
3.3 Accuracy of Information. The User is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout the use of the Service remains accurate, current, and complete. Unabyss is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated User information.
3.4 Account Security. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities performed under their Account. Unabyss will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to the Account due to the User's negligence.
3.5 Age and Legal Capacity. The Service may only be used by individuals who are at least 18 years old and who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using the Service, the User confirms that these conditions are met.
3.6 Business Use. Users creating an Account on behalf of a company or other organization represent and warrant that they have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3.7 Anonymous Session Linking. Public Users who create an Account after interacting with a Chatbot anonymously may link their prior conversations to their new Account. Upon linking, all prior anonymous conversations associated with the same session are transferred to the Account.
3.8 Account Termination by User. The User may terminate their Account at any time through the account settings interface or by contacting Unabyss at support@unabyss.com. Upon termination, all stored data and content may be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Any Chatbots created by the User will be deactivated.
3.9 Suspension or Termination by Unabyss. Unabyss reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Account without prior notice if the User violates these Terms, uses the Service in a manner that may cause harm, or engages in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
4. Scope of Service
4.1 Description. Unabyss provides an online platform that enables Users to manage, structure, and distribute personal and professional context data to AI tools. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze, classify, and enrich the User's Context Data, and to power chatbot interactions and inbox analysis on the User's behalf.
4.2 Features. The Service may include, among others:
- Management of structured context files and documents.
- AI-powered context chat for building and refining context through conversation.
- Import and synchronization of data from social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook).
- The Research Pipeline for automated collection and analysis of publicly available professional information.
- AI-powered Chatbot creation, configuration, and public deployment.
- Inbox analysis and AI-curated conversation summaries for Chatbot Owners.
- Real-time speech-to-text input via integrated transcription services.
- Distribution of Context Data to third-party AI tools via MCP.
- Credit-based usage billing, subscription management, and pre-authorization payment flows.
- Semantic search across the User's context files.
4.3 Human Review. The Service is designed to assist Users, not to replace human judgment. The User is solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI Output before use. Unabyss does not guarantee the factual accuracy, reliability, or legality of any AI Output.
4.4 Third-Party Dependencies. The Service depends on third-party APIs and services and may be affected by their availability, limitations, or policy changes. Unabyss cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of such integrations.
4.5 No Permanent Storage Obligation. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Unabyss does not guarantee the permanent storage of Context Data or AI Output. Users are encouraged to retain their own copies of all important data.
4.6 Service Modifications. Unabyss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. In the case of material changes that affect paid features, Users will be notified in advance whenever reasonably possible.
4.7 Availability. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Unabyss will make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but cannot guarantee continuous access without interruptions.
4.8 Support. Basic technical support is available via email at support@unabyss.com. Response times may vary depending on the nature of the request and the User's subscription plan.
5. Context Data and the Research Pipeline
5.1 Context Data Ownership. All Context Data uploaded, imported, or created by the User remains the property of the User. By submitting Context Data, the User grants Unabyss a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and modify the Context Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5.2 User Responsibility for Context Data. The User is solely responsible for ensuring that all Context Data they submit, upload, or import does not infringe any intellectual property rights, trade secrets, privacy rights, or other legal rights of third parties. The User warrants that they have all necessary rights and permissions to provide Context Data to the Service.
5.3 Research Pipeline. The Research Pipeline collects publicly available information from third-party sources, including LinkedIn profiles, company websites, and social media posts. The User acknowledges and agrees that:
(a) The User is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Research Pipeline complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service, including the terms of LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and any other platforms from which data is collected.
(b) The User will only use the Research Pipeline to collect information about themselves or about individuals and organizations for whom they have a legitimate professional purpose and, where required, appropriate consent.
(c) Unabyss acts as a technical processor and does not independently verify the User's legal basis for collecting third-party data through the Research Pipeline.
(d) The User acknowledges that third-party platforms may restrict or prohibit automated data collection, and that Unabyss makes no representation that the Research Pipeline's operation will always comply with such third-party terms.
(e) The outputs of the Research Pipeline, including briefs, voice profiles, and interview questions, are AI-generated and must be reviewed by the User for accuracy before use.
5.4 Social Media Imports. When importing data from connected social media accounts, the User authorizes Unabyss to access their social media profiles and posts via OAuth tokens provided through the account connection process. The User may disconnect their social media accounts at any time through the account settings. Disconnection will prevent future imports but will not automatically delete previously imported Context Data.
5.5 Data Processing for AI Features. The User acknowledges that Context Data may be processed by AI models (including third-party AI services) in order to generate AI Output, power Chatbot interactions, perform semantic search, and provide other Service features. Context Data is not used to train Unabyss's or any third party's AI models.
6. Chatbot Deployment and Chatbot Owner Liability
6.1 Chatbot Creation. Chatbot Owners may create AI-powered Chatbots through the Service. Each Chatbot is deployed at a public URL (ask.unabyss.com/
6.2 Chatbot Owner Responsibility. The Chatbot Owner is solely responsible for:
(a) The selection and accuracy of Context Data attached to their Chatbot.
(b) The configuration of the Chatbot, including its system prompt, personality, welcome message, and behavioral instructions.
(c) All AI Output generated by the Chatbot in conversations with Public Users.
(d) Ensuring that the Chatbot does not produce content that is misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or harmful.
(e) Setting appropriate daily message limits for unauthenticated and authenticated Public Users.
(f) Managing Inbox routing criteria and responding to inbox items in a timely and appropriate manner.
6.3 No Agency Relationship. The Chatbot acts as an automated tool configured by the Chatbot Owner. Unabyss does not control, review, or approve the content generated by individual Chatbots. The relationship between the Chatbot Owner and Unabyss is that of a service provider and customer; no agency, partnership, or employment relationship is created.
6.4 Chatbot Owner Indemnification. The Chatbot Owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Unabyss from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) the content or behavior of their Chatbot; (b) any claims by Public Users arising from Chatbot interactions; (c) any infringement of third-party rights caused by the Chatbot's Context Data or AI Output.
6.5 Public User Interactions. Public Users interact with Chatbots at their own risk. Unabyss does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI Output generated in chatbot conversations. Public Users should not rely on Chatbot responses as professional advice of any kind.
6.6 Chatbot Deactivation. Unabyss reserves the right to deactivate or restrict any Chatbot without prior notice if it violates these Terms, produces harmful content, or poses a risk to the reputation, stability, or security of the Platform.
6.7 Inbox and Data Collection. When Inbox routing is enabled, the Chatbot may prompt Public Users to share contact information. Public Users are not obligated to provide such information. Chatbot Owners who collect personal data through Chatbot interactions are responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
7. MCP and External AI Tool Distribution
7.1 Distribution via MCP. The Service allows Users to distribute their Context Data to third-party AI tools and services (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and others) via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This distribution is initiated and controlled by the User.
7.2 User Control. The User has granular control over which Context Data is shared with which external tools. Unabyss provides the mechanism for distribution but does not determine what data is shared or with whom.
7.3 Limitation of Liability for External Tools. Once Context Data leaves the Unabyss Platform via MCP or any other authorized distribution method, Unabyss is not responsible for how that data is used, stored, processed, or displayed by third-party tools or services. The User acknowledges that third-party AI tools are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies, and that Unabyss has no control over their behavior.
7.4 No Warranty on External Processing. Unabyss makes no warranty or representation regarding the accuracy, security, or reliability of any third-party AI tool's processing of Context Data distributed via MCP. The User assumes all risk associated with sharing their Context Data with external tools.
7.5 User Responsibility. The User is solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party AI tools to which they distribute Context Data via MCP. Unabyss is not liable for any data breaches, misuse, or unauthorized processing by third-party tools.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership of the Service. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, algorithms, user interface, design, databases, and underlying technology, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Unabyss or its licensors.
8.2 Ownership of Context Data. All Context Data uploaded or provided by the User remain the property of the User. By submitting such materials, the User grants Unabyss a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and modify the Context Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
8.3 Ownership of AI Output. AI Output generated by the Service based on the User's Context Data is considered to belong to the User, provided that all applicable fees have been paid. Unabyss retains no ownership over the AI Output, except for the limited rights necessary to host, display, and transmit it within the Service.
8.4 Limited License to Unabyss. The User grants Unabyss a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store and process Context Data and AI Output for the duration of the Agreement, solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This license automatically terminates when the Account is deleted or the Agreement ends.
8.5 Restrictions. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service or its technology, except as expressly permitted under these Terms.
8.6 Third-Party Rights. The User is responsible for ensuring that their Context Data does not infringe any intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or privacy rights of third parties. Unabyss reserves the right to remove or block access to any material that appears to violate such rights.
9. Licensing and Permitted Use
9.1 License Grant. Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, Unabyss grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes during the term of the Agreement.
9.2 Public User License. Public Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to interact with Chatbots hosted on the Platform, subject to any daily message limits and usage restrictions set by the Chatbot Owner and these Terms.
9.3 Permitted Use. The User may use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
9.4 Prohibited Use. The User shall not, directly or indirectly:
(a) Use the Service for any unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.
(b) Submit Context Data that contains personal data of third parties without consent or an appropriate legal basis.
(c) Use the Research Pipeline to collect data about individuals without a legitimate professional purpose.
(d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
(e) Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Service's code or security features.
(f) Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or automated bulk content.
(g) Bypass usage limits, subscription restrictions, message caps, or technical controls implemented by Unabyss.
(h) Abuse the anonymous session system to circumvent daily message limits.
(i) Use device fingerprinting spoofing or similar techniques to evade rate limiting.
(j) Use the Service in a manner that may damage or impair the performance of the Platform or its integrations.
(k) Use the Service to promote or distribute pornographic or sexually explicit content.
(l) Use the Service to promote, justify, or encourage the exploitation of non-human animals, including factory farming, the production or sale of meat, dairy, or other animal-derived products.
(m) Use the Service to promote or disseminate anti-scientific, conspiratorial, or pseudoscientific claims.
(n) Use the Service to create or share hateful, discriminatory, or harassing content directed at individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic protected by human rights law.
(o) Use the Service in any way that promotes, incites, or glorifies violence, discrimination, or violations of human rights.
(p) Deploy Chatbots that impersonate real individuals without their consent.
(q) Use the self-funding mechanism for fraudulent transactions or money laundering.
9.5 User Responsibility. The User is fully responsible for all activity carried out through their Account and for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.
9.6 Suspension of Access. Unabyss reserves the right to immediately suspend or restrict access to the Service if the User's activity violates these Terms or poses a risk to the stability, security, or reputation of the Platform.
10. Credits, Payments, and Pre-Authorization
10.1 Subscription Plans
(a) Plans and Pricing. Access to certain features and usage limits within the Service requires a paid Subscription. Available plans, pricing, and feature allocations are described on the Unabyss website and may be updated from time to time.
(b) Billing. Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. Unabyss does not store full payment card details. Billing occurs on a recurring basis according to the plan selected.
(c) Cancellation. The User may cancel a Subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The User retains access to paid features until the end of the billing period.
(d) Grace Period. If a Subscription lapses due to a failed payment, the User may be granted a grace period during which access continues. If the payment issue is not resolved within the grace period, the Subscription will be downgraded.
10.2 Credits
(a) Credit System. The Service uses an internal credit system denominated in US dollars. Credits are consumed when Users or Public Users interact with AI-powered features, including chatbot conversations, context chat, research pipeline operations, and inbox evaluations.
(b) Free Credit Grant. New Users who register and verify a payment method may receive a one-time free credit grant (currently $5.00 USD). The amount of the free credit grant is subject to change at Unabyss's discretion.
(c) Credit Purchases. Users may purchase additional Credits at any time through the Service. Payments are processed through Stripe.
(d) Credit Balance. Credit balances are displayed in the User's account. Credits do not expire while the Account remains active. Credit balances are non-transferable between Users and are not redeemable for cash.
(e) Chatbot Owner Funding. By default, the Chatbot Owner's credit balance is charged for all Public User interactions with their Chatbot. When the Chatbot Owner's credit balance falls below the minimum required threshold, the Chatbot may be temporarily unavailable to Public Users unless Self-Funding is available.
10.3 Pre-Authorization
(a) Pre-Auth Holds. The Service may place a temporary hold (Pre-Authorization) on a User's payment method for a specified amount (currently $5.00 USD). This hold reserves funds that are consumed as the User interacts with the Service.
(b) Capture. When the User completes their session or the held amount is fully consumed, Unabyss captures only the actual amount spent. Any unused portion of the hold is released.
(c) Release. If the session times out or the User cancels, the hold is released in full. Release timing depends on the User's bank or card issuer and may take several business days to appear on the User's statement.
10.4 Self-Funding by Public Users
(a) Mechanism. When a Chatbot Owner's daily message limits are exceeded or their credit balance is insufficient, authenticated Public Users may elect to continue the conversation by funding it from their own credit balance (Self-Funding).
(b) Consent. Self-Funding is always opt-in. The Service will clearly indicate when a Public User is about to spend their own Credits, and Self-Funding must be explicitly requested by the Public User via the designated funding header.
(c) Pricing Transparency. Per-message costs are determined by the AI model selected by the Chatbot Owner and the length of the conversation. The Service will display estimated costs before the Public User confirms Self-Funding.
10.5 General Payment Terms
(a) Taxes. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Unabyss is VAT-registered in Poland and will collect VAT in accordance with Polish and EU regulations.
(b) Refunds. Subscription fees and Credit purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. Unused Pre-Authorization holds are always released.
(c) Pricing Changes. Unabyss reserves the right to change Subscription pricing and Credit costs. Users will be notified in advance of changes affecting their existing Subscription. Credit pricing changes apply to future purchases only.
(d) Payment Processor. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. By using the Service's payment features, the User also agrees to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
11. AI Output Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
11.1 Nature of AI Output. The Service uses artificial intelligence and automated systems, including models provided by OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), and others via LiteLLM, to generate content based on Context Data, User instructions, and Public User messages. AI Output is produced algorithmically and may include factual inaccuracies, omissions, or unintended biases.
11.2 User Review and Approval. The User acknowledges that all AI Output is for informational and creative support purposes only. The User is solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving AI Output before use, including any Chatbot responses delivered to Public Users.
11.3 No Professional Advice. AI Output does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including legal, financial, medical, or career advice. Users and Public Users must not rely on AI Output as a substitute for professional judgment or consultation.
11.4 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unabyss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, any AI Output, any Chatbot interaction, or the distribution of Context Data to third-party tools via MCP.
11.5 Liability Cap. In no event shall Unabyss's total aggregate liability exceed the total amount of fees paid by the User during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such claim.
11.6 No Warranty. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranty, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12. Third-Party Services
12.1 Overview. The Service integrates with the following categories of third-party services to deliver its features:
- Payment processing: Stripe, Inc.
- AI models: OpenAI (GPT), Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), accessed via LiteLLM.
- Speech-to-text: ElevenLabs (Scribe).
- Data collection and web scraping: specialized third-party providers for social media data collection and website content extraction.
- Email delivery: Resend.
- Cloud storage: S3-compatible object storage (Contabo).
- Edge delivery: Cloudflare Workers.
12.2 Third-Party Terms. By using the Service, the User acknowledges that certain features rely on third-party services, each governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. Unabyss is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of third-party service providers.
12.3 Service Disruptions. If a third-party service experiences downtime, changes its terms, or discontinues its services, certain features of the Unabyss Service may be temporarily or permanently affected. Unabyss will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative solutions but is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party providers.
12.4 Data Sharing with Third Parties. Unabyss shares User data with third-party services only as necessary to provide the Service. For example, Context Data may be sent to AI model providers for processing, and payment information is shared with Stripe for transaction processing. Detailed information is provided in the Privacy Policy.
13. Data Handling, Security, and Privacy
13.1 Data Protection. Unabyss processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and related national legislation.
13.2 Categories of Data Processed. Data processed may include: identification data, account details, Context Data, AI Output, Chatbot conversation logs, anonymous session identifiers, device fingerprints, technical data (IP address, device identifiers, usage logs), and payment information processed through Stripe.
13.3 Data Security. Unabyss implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. This includes encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure cloud storage, and regular database backups.
13.4 Data Retention. Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Anonymous chatbot conversations may be retained for analytics purposes in anonymized form.
13.5 User Rights. Users have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of their personal data as provided under GDPR. Users may exercise these rights by contacting privacy@unabyss.com.
13.6 Public User Data. Public Users who interact with Chatbots anonymously are identified by anonymous session identifiers and device fingerprints. This data is used for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Public Users who create Accounts are subject to the same data protection rights as all registered Users.

14. Termination and Suspension
14.1 Termination by User. The User may terminate their Account at any time through the account settings or by contacting support@unabyss.com.
14.2 Termination by Unabyss. Unabyss may terminate or suspend the User's Account without prior notice if the User violates these Terms, engages in harmful activity, fails to make payments, or if required by law.
14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination: (a) access to the Account and all stored Content will be revoked; (b) all active Chatbots created by the User will be deactivated; (c) stored Context Data and AI Output may be permanently deleted after a reasonable retention period; (d) any outstanding fees remain payable; (e) unused Credits are forfeited and are not refundable except where required by applicable law.
14.4 Chatbot Deactivation. If a Chatbot Owner's Account is terminated, all Chatbots associated with that Account will be immediately deactivated. Public Users who attempt to access deactivated Chatbots will receive an appropriate notification.
14.5 Survival. Provisions concerning intellectual property, limitations of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and governing law survive termination.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
15.2 Jurisdiction. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Warsaw, Poland.
15.3 EU Consumer Protection. Consumers residing in the EU may bring disputes before the competent courts of their country of residence. The European Commission's ODR platform is available at: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/
15.4 Good Faith Resolution. Both parties shall make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute amicably before initiating formal legal proceedings.
16. Modifications to the Terms
16.1 Right to Modify. Unabyss reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the Service, applicable law, or business practices.
16.2 Notification. When material changes are made, Unabyss will notify Users by email or by displaying a notice within the Service before the new Terms take effect.
16.3 Acceptance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance. Users who do not agree may terminate their Account.

17.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the User and Unabyss regarding the use of the Service.
17.3 Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17.4 Force Majeure. Unabyss shall not be liable for any failure resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, labor disputes, power outages, pandemic, or failures of third-party service providers.
17.5 Effective Date. These Terms enter into force on the date of their publication on the Unabyss website and remain in effect until replaced by a revised version.
